Early Voting
The Electoral Commission notifies voters who shall be abroad or hospitalised on polling day, Saturday, 30th May, 2026, and who are going to declare so that they may cast their vote on Saturday, 23rd May, 2026, should make such declaration up to noon of Friday, 22nd May, 2026, according to the hours indicated below:
From 8.00 a.m. of Friday, 1st May, 2026, till noon of
Friday 22nd May, 2026 (Malta time)

At the Office of the Electoral Commission, Vote Counting Complex, Ex-Trade Fair Grounds, In-Naxxar, and at the Electoral Office, Triq Ta’ Wara s-Sur, Ir-Rabat (Gozo)
From Friday, 1st May, 2026
From 8.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.
and from 3.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m.
Friday, 22nd May, 2026, last day:
From 8.00 a.m. to noon.
Applicants must bring their I.D. Cards.
The Electoral Commission further notifies voters who qualify to vote on 23rd May that they must submit their voting document. Voters registered in Malta shall cast their vote at the Vote Counting Complex at Naxxar while those registered under Gozo shall vote at the Government Experimental Farm, Imġarr Road, Xewkija.
