General Election 2026 - collection of voting documents Gozo and Malta

NOTICE BY THE ELECTORAL COMMISSION

General Election – May, 2026

The Electoral Commission notifies again that,  voters registered in Gozo and who wish to collect their voting document from Malta and, vice-versa, voters registered in Malta wishing to collect their document from Gozo, that they need to submit their written request as soon as possible but by not later than 6.00 pm of Thursday, 28th May, 2026.

It is very important that requests are made personally by email to [email protected] or by an online application form, through the link: https://electoral.gov.mt/advanced-en

The voter must attend personally showing his/her Identity Card, according to the dates and hours indicated below:

from Monday 25th May, 2026 till Wednesday 27th May, 2026

from 8.00 am to 1.00 pm and from 3.00 pm to 9.00 pm; and

on Thursday 28th May, 2026

from 8.00 am to 1.00 pm and 3.00 pm to midnight.

Voting documents in Malta are collected from the Vote Counting Complex in Naxxar and, in Gozo, from the Electoral Office, Triq ta’ Wara s-Sur, Victoria, Gozo.
