PRESS RELEASE BY THE ELECTORAL COMMISSION

Casual Election to elect a councillor in the Local Council of Birżebbuġa following the resignation of councillor Hermann Schiavone (2015, PN).

The Electoral Commissioners notify that up to the deadline allowed for submission of nominations, they have received two nominations:

Borg Johann

Vella Antoinette

                                   

The counting of ballot papers shall be held at 11:30am on Tuesday, 4th July, 2017, at the Electoral Office, Evans Building, Merchants Street, Valletta.
