NOTICE BY THE ELECTORAL COMMISSION

General Election – May 2026

Persons to serve as Assistant Electoral Commissioners, Polling Place Officers and Counting Staff

The Electoral Commission notifies that it will receive applications from eligible persons to serve as Assistant Electoral Commissioners, Polling Place Officers and Counting Staff in the forthcoming General Election due on Saturday, 30^th May, 2026. 

Applications will be received online (applynow) from tomorrow Wednesday 29^th April from 8.00am till 8.00pm on Sunday 3^rd May.

Alternatively, applicants may visit our premises at the Counting Hall Complex (Ex-Trade Fair Grounds), In-Naxxar or the Electoral Office, Triq Ta’ Wara s-Sur, Victoria, Gozo, from tomorrow, Wednesday 29 ^th April till Sunday 3^rd May, from 8.00am to 1.00pm and from 3:00pm till 8:00pm. Applicants must call personally and bring their Identity Card.
