PRESS RELEASE BY THE ELECTORAL COMMISSION

CONSTITUTIONAL COURT SENTENCE OF 25TH NOVEMBER, 2016

The Electoral Commission notifies that following the sentence given on the 25th November, 2016, by the Constitutional Court, the candidates listed hereunder are declared elected to the House of Representatives elected in the general elections held on 9th March, 2013;

Vassallo Edwin – Partit Nazzjonalista and

Micallef Peter – Partit Nazzjonalista

and this according to the criteria indicated in the mentioned sentence.
