GENERAL ELECTIONS – MARCH 2022

Declaration of Oath from abroad - Luxemburg

The Electoral Commissioners notify voters who are currently in Luxemburg that further arrangements were made for them to make the sworn declaration to apply to vote on the 19^th March, instead of the 26^th March 2022 due to hospitalisation or travel abroad, so that they can apply from the Honorary Consulate of Malta in Luxemburg on Tuesday 15^th March 2022.

For this reason an official from the Malta Embassy in Belgium will be in Luxemburg, at the offices of the Honorary Consulate of Malta in Luxemburg to administer the sworn declaration at:

All those Maltese voters who wish to avail themselves of their opportunity may wish to contact the Maltese Embassy in Belgium to make the necessary arrangements prior to the 15^th of March 2022.

The sworn declaration (scanned) must be received by the Electoral Commission on the address [email protected] by not later than noon (Malta time) of Friday, 18 March, 2022. For every affidavit received, the Electoral Commission shall issue a receipt which will be sent on the e-mail address which the voter may wish to quote on the affidavit.
