Briefing Sessions to Assistant Electoral Commissioners
The Electoral Commission notifies those persons who have been appointed as Assistant Electoral Commissioners, Reserves and Polling Place Officers for the forthcoming European Parliament and Local Council Elections that they have to attend for a briefing session as indicated in the schedule attached with this notice.
Assistant Electoral Commissioners, Reserves and Polling Place Officers are requested to attend on the day and time as specified for them so that they may be briefed by the Electoral Commission and make any questions which they might have.
Assistant Electoral Commissioners, Reserves and Polling Place Officers have to bring with them the instruction booklet as well as all printed material sent to them by the Electoral Commission. These officers are reminded that they must get well acquainted with the instructions of the aforementioned booklet.
