NOTICE BY THE ELECTORAL COMMISSION
GENERAL ELECTION – 30 MAY, 2026
Special Voting Documents
The Electoral Commission notifies voters who, after receipt of their voting document have lost or otherwise substantially damaged or destroyed their document, and those persons who although their name appears in the Electoral Register published on 1st May, 2026, as revised by the decisions of the Revising Officer, have not as yet received their voting document because of some special reason, including that the Commission is not in possession of their photograph, that they may apply with immediate effect personally to one of the Electoral Commissioners for a Special Voting Document. The voter should attend at the Office of the Electoral Commission at the Naxxar Counting Complex and must present his Identity Card. Office hours will be as follows:
Monday to Sunday:
from 8.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and from 3.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m.
Saturday 23rd May, 2026:
from 8.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and from 3.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m.
From Sunday 24th May to Wednesday, 27th May, 2026 (last day):
8.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and from 3.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m.
Voters who are registered in the Thirteenth electoral division (Gozo and Comino) may call at the Electoral Office, Triq Ta’ Wara s-Sur, Rabat, Gozo, during the same office hours.
Nobody shall be allowed to vote without a voting document.
