REFERENDUM & L.C. ELECTIONS - persons to serve as Assistant Electoral Commissioners, Counters, Supervisors and Calculators

NOTICE BY THE ELECTORAL COMMISSION

NATIONAL REFERENDUM AND LOCAL COUNCILS ELECTIONS - 2015

The Electoral Commission notifies that it will receive applications from eligible persons to serve as Assistant Electoral Commissioners or to serve as counters, supervisors or calculators during the counting of votes in the forthcoming National Referendum and Local Councils Elections due on Saturday, 11^th April, 2015. Applicants would be expected to attend briefing sessions held by the Electoral Commission in due course.

Applications will be received by the Electoral Commission at the Naxxar Counting Complex (ex-Trade Fair Grounds) on Thursday 29^th and Friday 30^th January, 2015, from 3.00 pm to 8.00 pm, on Saturday 31^st January, from 8.00 am to 1.00 pm and from Monday 2^nd till Wednesday 4^th February, 2015, from 3.00 pm to 8.00 pm. Persons residing in Gozo may apply at the Identity Cards Office, 28A, St. Francis Square, Victoria, Gozo. Application forms, the only ones admissible, may be obtained from the Electoral Office at the Naxxar Counting Complex during the mentioned days and hours or may be downloaded from the Electoral Commission’s website www.electoral.gov.mt.
