REFERENDUM & L.C. ELECTIONS: persons selected to act as Assistant Electoral Commissioners

NOTICE BY THE ELECTORAL COMMISSION

NATIONAL REFERENDUM AND LOCAL COUNCILS ELECTIONS – April, 2015

The Electoral Commission notifies that the details of the persons selected to act as Assistant Electoral Commissioners (including reserves) during the voting for the national referendum and, where applicable, in the Local Council elections, are being officially published in today’s Government Gazette. The Electoral Commission is also today sending to these persons, by ordinary mail through Maltapost plc, their nomination letter. These letters are posted to their last address as registered on their identity cards.

The Electoral Commission notifies these persons that they shall be able to vote only on Friday 10th April, 2015, by personally attending (with their voting document/s) at the Naxxar Counting Complex between 7.00 am and 10.00 pm. On no account will these persons be allowed to vote on Saturday, 11th April, 2015, even if they withdraw from their post.
