No visitors are allowed in Hospitals on 9th April, 2015

NOTICE BY THE ELECTORAL COMMISSION

NATIONAL REFERENDUM AND LOCAL COUNCIL ELECTIONS – APRIL 2015

The Electoral Commission notifies that on polling day for the National Referendum and the Local Council Elections which is going to be held at Mater Dei, Karin Grech, Mount Carmel and Gozo General Hospitals on Thursday, 9th April, 2015, no visitors shall be allowed inside these institutions except between 7.00 pm and 8.00 pm. 

However the Electoral Commission, on the advice of the Hospital authorities may issue permits outside stipulated visiting hours for relatives of patients who are very seriously ill and shall have the discretion to decide on the number of relatives allowed at any one time.
