NOTICE BY THE ELECTORAL OFFICE

Call for tender: General Cleaning

The Electoral Office is seeking quotations for general cleaning starting from 1^st July, 2011, for a period of 1 year ending on 30^th June, 2012.

The quotation must cover all the general cleaning required including the cleaning of offices, toilets, reception areas, corridors and windows. The quotation is to be given for two cleaners, one starting at 6.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m., Monday to Friday and Saturday till 9.30 a.m. and the other one starting at 6.30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m., Monday to Friday.

Sealed tenders are to be deposited in the specific box at the Electoral Office, St Elmo Place, Valletta, by not later than 12.00 noon of Friday, 25^th June, 2011.
