Mtarfa Local Council Election - delivery of voting documents

The Electoral Commission notifies those persons who reside at Mtarfa, and whose name appears in the Electoral Register published in April 2008, that Police Officers will be delivering voting documents as from Friday 2^nd May till Monday 12^th May, 2008. Voting documents will be delivered at the place of residence during the day between 9.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. and between 3.00 p.m. and 8.00 p.m. including on Sundays 4^th and 11^th May, 2008.

It is necessary that at the place of residence there shall be a person who resides thereat and who is over 18 years of age to receive and sign for the voting documents.

The voting document should be kept in a safe place, as nobody will be allowed to vote without it at the election for Mtarfa Local Council being held on Saturday 24^th May, 2008.
