NOTICE BY THE ELECTORAL COMMISSION

Elections for Members of the European Parliament and Local Councils'

The Electoral Commission notifies those persons who shall be abroad on polling day, Saturday, 6^th June, 2009, that they may make a declaration on oath before the Electoral Commissioners so that they may cast their vote on Saturday, 30^th May, 2009. This declaration on oath shall be made at the Office of the Electoral Commission, Evans Building, St. Elmo Square, Valletta or at the Identity Cards Office, St. Francis Square, Rabat, Gozo, by not later than noon of Friday, 29^th May, 2009, according to the hours indicated below:

Mondays to Saturdays: from 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and from 3.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m.

Sundays: from 9.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.

Friday, 29^th May, 2009, last day: from 8.00 a.m. to noon.

Voters must present their I.D. Card when they call to make this declaration.
