NOTICE BY THE ELECTORAL COMMISSION

ELECTION FOR MEMBERS OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND
LOCAL COUNCILS’ ELECTIONS
6 JUNE 2009

The Electoral Commission notifies those relatives or persons who have received a voting document/voting documents on behalf of relatives or other persons who presently reside at St. Vincent de Paule Residence, that they have to ensure that such voting document/s is handed over to these residents by not later than Saturday 30^th May, 2009. This is essential so that the Commission would be in a position to make the necessary preparations and verifications so that these residents would be able to exercise their right to vote as established by law.

The Commission reminds that persons who are not registered as voters at St Vincent de Paule Residence but who presently reside at the aforementioned place have to cast their vote at this residence for the election of Members of the European Parliament.
