M.E.P. ELECTIONS - Verification of how the Candidate’s name will be shown on the Ballot Paper

NOTICE BY THE ELECTORAL COMMISSION

ELECTION FOR MEMBERS OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT
6 JUNE 2009

The Electoral Commission notifies those candidates contesting the elections for members of the European Parliament, that they may call at the Office of the Electoral Commission, Evans Building, St. Elmo Square, Valletta on Monday 11^th May, 2009 from 9.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and from 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. as well as on Tuesday 12^th May, 2009 from 9.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. to verify how their name will be shown on the ballot paper.

Requests for any objection, addition, deletion or correction on the ballot paper should reach the Electoral Commission in writing by 1.00 p.m. of Tuesday, 12^th May, 2009.
