NOTICE BY THE ELECTORAL COMMISSION

European Union Electoral Register

The election for Members of the European Parliament to be held on Saturday 6^th June, 2009, is based on the electoral register published on 17^th April, 2009.

The Electoral Commission notifies those persons who were listed in previous registers and whose names and particulars are not shown in the April 2009 European Union Electoral Register, that they may lodge an appeal to the revising officer for inclusion in the April 2009 register to enable them to vote on 6^th June, 2009.

Interested persons may call at the Office of the Electoral Commission at Evans Building, St. Elmo Place, Valletta during normal office hours for assistance.

THE DEADLINE FOR THIS PROCEDURE IS FRIDAY 8th MAY, 2009
