NOTICE BY THE ELECTORAL COMMISSION

LOCAL COUNCILS' ELECTIONS - 11 MARCH 2006

Persons who have not yet received their voting document

The Electoral Commission notifies those persons who reside at Mdina, Bormla, Żabbar, Rabat (G), Birkirkara, Fgura, Gudja, Għarb, Għaxaq, Kalkara, Mġarr, Msida, Naxxar, Rabat, San Ġwann, Sannat, Sliema, Tarxien, Xgħajra and Mtarfa, and whose name appears in the Electoral Register published in October 2005 and who have not received their voting document, that they may call personally at their local Police Station to collect their voting document from Wednesday 15th February till Saturday 4th March, 2006, as follows:

Mondays to Saturdays:between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. and;
between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
Sundays:between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

For the localities of Lija, Marsaskala and Pieta’ voting documents will be distributed from the Local Council Office. All applicants must go personally to collect their voting documents and show their identity card.

Every voter should ensure that the voting document is in his possession as nobody will be allowed to vote without it.
