NOTICE BY THE ELECTORAL COMMISSION

LOCAL COUNCILS' ELECTIONS - 12 MARCH 2005

Persons who have not yet received their voting document

The Electoral Commission notifies those persons who reside at Valletta, Isla, Żebbuġ, Balzan, Dingli, Għajnsielem, Għasri, Kirkop, Mellieħa, Mqabba, Nadur, Qrendi, San Ġiljan, San Pawl il-Baħar, Santa Venera, Xewkija and Żurrieq, and whose name appears in the Electoral Register published in October 2004 and who have not received their voting document, that they may call personally at their local Police Station to collect their voting document from Thursday 17th February till Saturday 5th March, 2005, as follows:

Mondays to Saturdays:between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. and;
between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
Sundays:between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

For the localities of Fontana, Iklin, Pembroke and Ta' Xbiex voting documents will be distributed from the Local Council Office. All applicants must show their identity card.

Every voter should ensure that the voting document is in his possession as nobody will be allowed to vote without it.
