NOTICE BY THE ELECTORAL COMMISSION

LOCAL COUNCILS' ELECTIONS - MARCH 2005

The Electoral Commission notifies that next Thursday, 10^th March, 2005, is the last day on which voting documents may be collected from the Electoral Office, Evans Building, St. Elmo Square, Valletta. Office hours for next Thursday shall be from 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and from 3.00 p.m. to midnight. Any person collecting the voting document must call personally at the Electoral Office to collect it from the Electoral Commissioners. These voters have to present their identity card.

The Electoral Commission is providing facilities to sick persons who are unable to go out of a private car when calling at the Electoral Office so that a Commissioner delivers the document to them.

Voters registered in Gozo should apply at the Identity Cards Office, 7A, Republic Street, Victoria, Gozo.

Without a voting document no one shall be allowed to vote on polling day, Saturday, 12^th March, 2005.
