NOTICE BY THE ELECTORAL COMMISSION
LOCAL COUNCILS' ELECTIONS - MARCH 2005
The Electoral Commission notifies those persons who reside at Valletta, Isla, Żebbuġ, Balzan, Dingli, Iklin, Kirkop, Mellieħa, Mqabba, Pembroke, Qrendi, San Ġiljan, San Pawl il-Baħar, Santa Venera, Ta' Xbiex and Żurrieq and whose name appears in the Electoral Register published in October 2004 and who have not received their voting document, that as from Monday 7 March up to Thursday 10 March, 2005, they may call personally at the Electoral Office, Evans Building, St. Elmo Square, Valletta, to collect their voting document. Persons residing in Fontana, Għajnsielem, Għasri, Nadur and Xewkija must call at the Identity Cards Office, 7A, Republic Street, Rabat (Gozo). Those persons who call to collect their voting document must produce their identity card.
Office hours are as follows:
| Monday 7th, Tuesday 8th and Wednesday 9th March | from 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. and; from 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. |
| Thursday 10th March (Last day for collection of voting documents) | from 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. and; from 3:00 p.m. to midnight |
Every voter should ensure that the voting document is in his possession. Without a voting document no person shall be allowed to vote.
