NOTICE BY THE ELECTORAL COMMISSION
LOCAL COUNCILS’ ELECTIONS

The Electoral Commission reminds those voters residing in Birgu, L-Isla, Ħal Qormi, Ħaż-Żebbuġ, Is-Siġġiewi, Ħ’Attard, Ħal Balzan, Birżebbuġa, Ħad-Dingli, Floriana, Il-Ġzira, Ħal Għargħur, Il-Ħamrun, L-Iklin, Ħal-Kirkop, Ħal-Luqa, Il-Marsa, Marsaxlokk, Il-Mosta, Paola, Ħal Safi, San Ġiljan, San Pawl il-Baħar, Santa Luċija, Tas-Sliema, Is-Swieqi and Iż-Zurrieq, who, after receipt of their voting document have lost or otherwise damaged or destroyed their document, and those persons who although their name appears in the Electoral Register published in October 2011, as revised by the decisions of the Revising Officer, have not as yet received their voting document because of some special reason including that the Commission is not in possession of their photograph, that they may apply personally to one of the Electoral Commissioners for a Special Voting Document. The voter must present his Identity Card. Office hours will be as follows:
Monday to Friday from 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and from 3.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m.
Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th March from 8.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.
Wednesday 7th March (last day) from 8.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and from 3.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m.
Voters who are registered in Għajnsielem, Ta’ Kercem, Il-Munxar, In-Nadur, Il-Qala, San Lawrenz, Ix-Xagħra and Iż-Żebbuġ, may call at the Identity Cards Office, 28A St Francis Square, Victoria, Gozo, during the same office hours.
Nobody shall be allowed to vote without a voting document.
