NOTICE BY THE ELECTORAL COMMISSION
LOCAL COUNCILS’ ELECTIONS

The Electoral Commission notifies those persons who reside at Birgu, L-Isla, Ħal Qormi, Ħaż-Żebbuġ, Is-Siġġiewi, Ħ’Attard, Ħal Balzan, Birżebbuġa, Ħad-Dingli, Floriana, Il-Ġzira, Ħal Għargħur, Il-Ħamrun, L-Iklin, Ħal-Kirkop, Ħal-Luqa, Il-Marsa, Marsaxlokk, Il-Mosta, Paola, Ħal Safi, San Ġiljan, San Pawl il-Baħar, Santa Luċija, Tas-Sliema, Is-Swieqi and Iż-Zurrieq, and whose name appears in the Electoral Register published in October 2011 and who have not received their voting document, that as from Monday 5th March up to Thursday 8th March, 2012, they may call personally at the Electoral Office, Evans Building, St. Elmo Square, Valletta, to collect their voting document. Persons registered in Għajnsielem, Ta’ Kercem, Il-Munxar, In-Nadur, Il-Qala, San Lawrenz, Ix-Xagħra and Iż-Żebbuġ, must call at the Identity Cards Office, St. Francis Square, Rabat, Gozo. Those persons who call to collect their voting document must produce their identity card.
Office hours are as follows:
Monday 5th, Tuesday 6th and Wednesday 7th March from 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m., and from 3.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m.
Thursday 8th March (last day for collection of Voting Documents) from 9.00 a.m to 1.00 p.m., and from 3.00 p.m. to midnight.
Every voter should ensure that the voting document is in his possession. Without a voting document no person shall be allowed to vote.
