E.P. & A.C.C. ELECTIONS: special entry permit

NOTICE BY THE ELECTORAL COMMISSION

EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND ADMINISTRATIVE COMMITTEES FOR COMMUNITIES ELECTIONS – MAY 2014

The Electoral Commission notifies that where advanced voting shall take place at St. Vincent de Paule (17/05/2014), and at Mount Carmel Hospital and at Gozo General Hospital (22/05/2014), those relatives who applied for a special entry permit to assist their family member from his/her ward to the voting zone on the day of the relative poll, that they may call at the Electoral Office from today to collect their Identification Tag. Office hours are from 2.00 pm to 7.00 pm.

On the day of the respective poll, ONLY authorized persons displaying their identification tag issued by the Electoral Commission shall be allowed entry into St. Vincent de Paule, Mount Carmel Hospital and Gozo General Hospital.

Such identification tag is, however, not required for entry into Mater Dei and Karen Grech Hospitals (where there are no voters registered under these institutions) on the day of the poll.
