NOTICE BY THE ELECTORAL COMMISSION

LOCAL COUNCILS' ELECTIONS - 10 MARCH 2007

Persons who have not yet received their voting document

The Electoral Commission notifies those persons who reside at Birgu, Qormi, Siġġiewi, Attard, Birżebbuġa, Floriana, Gżira, Għargħur, Ħamrun, Kerċem, Luqa, Marsaxlokk, Mosta, Munxar, Paola, Qala, Safi, San Lawrenz, Santa Luċija, Swieqi, Xagħra and Żebbuġ (Gozo), and whose name appears in the Electoral Register published in October 2006 and who have not received their voting document, that they may call personally at their local Police Station to collect their voting document from Wednesday 14th February till Saturday 3rd March, 2007. For the locality of Swieqi voting documents will be distributed from the Local Council Office and those of Marsalforn from the Marsalforn Police Station.

Mondays to Saturdays:between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. and;
between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
Sundays:between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

All applicants must go personally to collect their voting documents and show their identity card.

Every voter should ensure that the voting document is in his possession as nobody will be allowed to vote without it.
