Voting by persons who shall be abroad on polling day The Electoral Commission notifies those persons who shall be abroad on polling day, Saturday, 5th June, 2010, that they may henceforth make a declaration on oath before the Electoral Commissioners so that they may cast their vote on Saturday, 29th May, 2010. This declaration on oath shall be made at the Office of the Electoral Commission, Evans Building, St. Elmo Square, Valletta by not later than noon of Friday, 28th May, 2010, according to the hours indicated below:
