Voting by persons who shall be abroad on polling day The Electoral Commission notifies those persons who shall be abroad on polling day, Saturday, 27th March, 2010, that they may henceforth make a declaration on oath before the Electoral Commissioners so that they may cast their vote on Saturday, 20th March, 2010. This declaration on oath shall be made at the Office of the Electoral Commission, Evans Building, St. Elmo Square, Valletta or at the Identity Cards Office, St. Francis Square, Rabat, Gozo, by not later than noon of Friday, 19th March, 2010, according to the hours indicated below:
| Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays: | from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m | Wednesdays: | from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m | from 3.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. |
| Saturdays: | from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m |
