NOTICE BY THE ELECTORAL COMMISSION

ELECTIONS OF ADMINISTRATIVE COMMITTEES FOR COMMUNITIES
SATURDAY 27 MARCH 2010

The Electoral Commission notifies that a Notice to Voter is being sent by ordinary post to every voter registered in the last published electoral register (October 2009) under the communities of Bubaqra (Iż-Żurrieq), Fleur-De-Lys (Birkirkara), Kappara (San Ġwann), Madliena (Is-Swieqi), Paceville (San Ġiljan), Xlendi (Il-Munxar) and Marsalforn (Iż-Żebbuġ).

The Notice to Voter contains information about the polling place and polling booth number where the voter may cast his vote and the date and time for voting. The Notice to Voter need not necessarily be presented at the polling place; however, every voter must present his Identity Card to the Assistant Commissioners and sign against his name on the list of persons entitled to vote before he is given the ballot paper and allowed to vote.

The Electoral Commission reminds those concerned that voting at the mentioned communities shall take place on Saturday, 27^th March, 2010, between 8.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m.
