ELECTIONS OF ADMINISTRATIVE COMMITTEES FOR THE COMMUNITIES OF BUBAQRA (IZ-ZURRIEQ), FLEUR-DE-LYS (BIRKIRKARA), KAPPARA (SAN GWANN), MADLIENA (IS-SWIEQI), PACEVILLE (SAN GILJAN), XLENDI (IL-MUNXAR) AND MARSALFORN (IZ-ZEBBUG)

The Electoral Commission notifies that a Notice to Voter has been delivered to every voter registered in the last published electoral register (October 2009) under the above-mentioned communities.

To cast one’s vote, every voter should attend at the polling place and booth as indicated in the said Notice on Saturday, 27^th March, 2010, between 8.00 am and 3.00 pm. The Notice to Voter need not necessarily be presented at the polling place; however, every voter must present his Identity Card to the Assistant Commissioners and sign against his name on the list of persons entitled to vote before he is given the ballot paper and allowed to vote. The I.D. Card must be the plastic card (credit-card size) issued from 2002 onwards and no other format of I.D. Card shall be accepted.

The Electoral Commission also notifies that the I.D. Card Sections at Evans Building in Valletta and at Victoria, Gozo, shall remain closed to the public on Saturday 27^th March, 2010, except for those who have lost their I.D. Card.
